Young Carers Awareness Day Training

Thursday 30^th January is National Young Carers Awareness Day. The day aims to raises awareness of the challenges faced by Young Carers and campaigns for greater support for them.

We are hosting a Young Carers Awareness Training Event/Coffee Morning for parents/guardians and professionals to spread the word about Young Carers and the support the TEN and Humankind Young Carers offer. This will be held on Thursday 30^th January from 10-11am at Living Waters Church, Laygate, South Shields, NE33 5PB (On the big roundabout on the other side to LIDL). Refreshments will be available, so why not come along and treat yourself to a free cuppa and sweet treat!
